Position Overview

This role presents a distinctive chance to be an integral part of the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) team.

As a Project Manager focused on Client Onboarding & Documentation within Operations, you will collaborate closely with both regional and global WKO stakeholders, serving as a vital link among various functional teams. Your responsibilities will encompass project management, driving transformation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in business process enhancement, technology implementation, and performance oversight to ensure the stability and governance of regulatory outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with firmwide standards, controls, and governance of automation solutions.
  • Work in close partnership with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to effectively communicate team priorities and requirements, particularly regarding Code Releases and Testing environments.
  • Utilize Business Driven Development / Test Driven Development methodologies or test case automation.
  • Identify opportunities for testing automation and synergies within the project.
  • Align project priorities with the global WKO strategic agenda.
  • Draft test cases and participate in End To End (E2E), post-production, and production parallel testing.
  • Exhibit effective controls around the introduction of changes and process enhancements.
  • Take ownership and demonstrate leadership in resolving conflicts throughout project execution.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management.
  • Proficient in data analysis, data mining, and system analysis.
  • Experience with UI technologies, particularly Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Alteryx.
  • Understanding of a global banking process and operational environment, including management and external reporting. Strong business acumen in Investment Banking, encompassing product, process, and system knowledge, along with a solid grasp of the trade lifecycle.
  • Able to drive results through a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and Project.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet them.
  • Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
