Senior Student Retention Officer

Role Purpose:
The Senior Student Retention Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the success of students at GBS Global Applied Knowledge. This involves working closely with the Head of Student Retention, Retention Managers, and Student Success Tutors to re-engage students in their studies and support their progress.
Main Responsibilities:- Work with allocated learners as a key point of contact
- Monitor and track student progress, attendance, and engagement
- Collaborate with Retention Managers to ensure tasks are completed and deadlines are met
- Improve campus attendance and engagement
- Coordinate and monitor SST performance
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Education to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
