Spinwell Global Limited is seeking a Revenue and Benefits Systems Advisor for a significant role within the public sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Revenue and Benefits Systems Advisor

  • Provide and sustain technical and operational support to the Revenue and Benefits services.
  • Assist in the operation and enhancement of business systems and processes to deliver progressive and customer-centric services, aiming for superior performance outcomes.
  • Support new initiatives and execute system projects as instructed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE Revenue and Benefits Systems Advisor

  • Capability to contribute to team objectives as part of the service planning and monitoring process.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of benefits and/or local taxation operational requirements; proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to assist in developing and executing systems testing programs to ensure data accuracy and processing integrity.
