Support a Child with Complex Health Needs in Their Family Home

We are seeking a part-time Support Worker to join our team in Rainham, supporting a child with complex health needs in their family home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the child with complex health needs in their family home after school and on Saturdays
  • Provide care and support to the child, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with the child's family and healthcare team to ensure seamless care
