About the Role:As a Senior Care Worker, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young residents. You'll work closely with them to identify their needs and develop personalized care plans that promote their independence, education, and personal growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to young people, including key working and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with young people, their families, social workers, and other organizations to ensure their needs are met.
- Coordinate and review care plans to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of our young residents.
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of the establishment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all.
- Perform administrative tasks and record-keeping associated with key working responsibilities.
- Support young people in developing their life skills, including cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and report them effectively.
- Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated environment.
- Level 3 CYPW or above.
- Enhanced DBS check and update service.
- Ability to drive.
- Smart and agile to handle the daily needs and activities of our young residents.
