Care Support Worker

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing companionship, support with personal care, and helping with daily tasks. You'll work closely with our teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.
We don't require previous social care experience, but you'll need to have the Right to Work in the UK and a full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle. We offer a range of benefits, including paid mileage, early pay, and career development opportunities.
Our Care Assistants are directly employed by us, giving you access to holiday entitlement and our pension scheme. We also offer apprenticeship opportunities and support to complete nationally recognised qualifications.
As a Care Assistant, you'll need to be adaptable, kind-hearted, and put others first. Your role may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care, such as showering, bathing, and toileting
- Helping with mobility and daily tasks
- Overseeing medication and providing medical support
- Helping with household tasks, such as cleaning and cooking
- Running errands, such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
