HR Operations Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Operations Team at Kreston Reeves as an HR Administrator. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the HR inbox and respond to employee and partner queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update information within the Firm's HR systems, including new joiner and leaver administration.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents as required.
- Support the running of internal meetings, taking minutes and action points as necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of HR reports and analytics to inform business decisions.
- Contribute to the wider HR team on key projects and initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in a HR team and be able to juggle multiple administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and partners.
We are open to part-time or full-time working arrangements, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about HR, we would love to hear from you.
