Vice President, Business Development II Business Development – Pershing EMEA Institutional

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our Pershing EMEA Institutional team as a Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and growth across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Originate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline to achieve annual targets.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive profitable growth and contribute to the company's business strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and negotiate deals that optimize outcomes for both clients and Pershing.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities, adhering to the defined sales process and maintaining accurate records.
- Present opportunities to senior stakeholders and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Facilitate the introduction of Relationship Managers to new clients, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Develop and execute on the business development strategy for Pershing EMEA in coordination with senior management.
