Job Title: Lead Tech Bar Support Engineer

Job Summary:

Certes is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technology Bar Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer-facing support for end-user devices at our client's offices in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical support specialists providing hands-on 2nd Line Support for Windows 10 devices, Apple iPhones, iPads, and printing.
  • Develop and administer training programs, create help guides, and other tech-related materials.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and assist with 'how do I?' queries.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on specific technological products or issues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune, and M365 application suite.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Working Conditions:

This role requires you to be onsite full-time in London (Mon-Fri) with no remote working.
