Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage all aspects of the shift.
  • Deliver hot, fresh and quality food in a clean and friendly environment, giving customers an exceptional experience each time they visit.

  • Train, lead, motivate and empower your team to strive for excellence.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
  • Uphold the Ned\u2019s Noodle Bar standards in all aspects of the operation.
  • Serve fresh dishes to hundreds of customers every day.
  • Establish a good supportive relationship with the community.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with the law.
  • Audit stock levels to ensure product availability.
Requirements:
  • Solid background in a busy hospitality environment, preferably from the QSR sector.
  • Wok cooking experience is a definite advantage, but knowing the corporate kitchen operation is essential.
  • Basic IT and maths skills are required.
  • Fluent verbal and written English is a must.
  • A bachelor degree is preferable, but an A-level or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • Thrive for high standards and consistency.
  • Reliable and excited to be a key part of leading and developing a happy and passionate team.
  • Upbeat, approachable, chatty, human-loving personality.
  • Keen to learn new things and ready to adopt new ways of managing and developing people.
  • Passionate about great food.
