Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for using our marketing tools to book qualified sales appointments for the wider Sales team at Kubus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target new clients, creating new leads by researching, cold calling, and using various platforms to initiate new relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the company in compiling proposals and delivering pitches.
  • Achieve KPIs set for outbound calls and activity.
  • Develop go-to market strategies utilizing the tools available within the wider organization to generate leads and develop engagement plans.
  • Attend seminars, technology events, and other networking opportunities to build knowledge of the industry.
  • Maintain and update all lead information accurately within CRM and any other relevant systems.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM is desirable.
  • Intermediate level Excel/Office/email skills.
  • Confident in both cold calling and warm calling into new and existing accounts.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong prospecting skills using various platforms and methodologies.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
