**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, brand, and marketing strategies, and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for case studies and award-winning entries, and work with the team to develop and submit high-quality entries.
  • Handle finance queries and reconciliations in a timely and efficient manner.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid search and campaign optimization.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Curiosity and a passion for learning, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
