Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for user-centred design principles to deliver clear and continuous value that positively impacts users.
- Support digital teams to achieve their goals and ensure high performance from multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and third-party delivery partners.
- Develop effective ways of working that enhance team productivity and motivation.
- Deliver complex IT and digital services, removing barriers for the team, and planning at a higher level and delving into details when needed.
- Experiment with ideas and techniques that foster high performance, interpreting them for our context, and adapting them based on measurable outcomes.
What We Offer
This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is based at our main office location, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for flexibility and work-life balance.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60-£68,000pa, plus a range of benefits that support their professional growth and well-being.
