Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing initiatives forward, enhancing our brand's presence, and engaging our target audience across various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Lead the management of paid and organic social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
- Drive email marketing initiatives, from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, with a focus on enhancing open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Utilize digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights, to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data-driven campaigns and digital analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Klaviyo.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
