Job Title: B2B Head of Digital MarketingWe are seeking a visionary leader to take our marketing efforts to the next level. As our B2B Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for steering our marketing team towards ambitious growth plans and shaping the future of our brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Collaborate with our web development agency to optimise our website for customer journey and conversion.
- Mentor and inspire our marketing team to foster a collaborative, creative, and high-performing environment.
- Use in-depth market research to inform and tailor marketing campaigns to engage target audiences effectively.
- Monitor KPIs and use data to inform marketing decisions, optimising efforts to stay ahead of competitors.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with a strong understanding of generating marketing qualified leads (MQLs), search and social media campaigns, and content marketing.
- Experience in the legal or professional services sector is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop a successful marketing team.
- Skilled in making informed decisions quickly and ensuring precision in execution.
- Able to bring ideas to life through creativity, with a focus on delivering results.
- Work from anywhere, with occasional travel to the office.
- 20 days of holiday, increasing by 1 day for every full calendar year of service.
