Job Description

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday

We are seeking a motivated Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our small internal team and help drive our marketing initiatives forward. As a department, we work collaboratively on 70% of projects, with each member taking responsibility for actions that fit their strengths, in addition to their own work.

Our emphasis has shifted from data processing and management to enhancing the customer experience. This means developing a culture that showcases our ambitions and commercial expectations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Marketing and the firm in joint projects, taking ownership of multifaceted activities.
  • Enhance our brand's presence and drive engagement across both online and offline channels, with a key focus on online promotion.
  • Coordinate and implement various marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels: social media, SMS, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage paid and organic social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive email marketing initiatives, from segmentation to content creation, scheduling, and tracking, aiming to enhance open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Employ digital analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and furnish regular reports.
  • Collaborate with teams, internally and externally, to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business objectives, ensuring effective communication and successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • CIM or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on key areas such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and others.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge and experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
