Children's Services Team Leader

We are seeking skilled Team Leaders with a background in Children's Social Care or those aspiring to advance as senior Social Workers, equipped with management and supervisory expertise, to contribute to our Children's Social Work Teams and support our mission for all children, young people, and families.

The ideal candidate will be a registered social worker with Social Work England and possess substantial post-qualification experience in working with children and families within the statutory sector.

Our Children's Service Directorate employs a systemic practice approach, ensuring that the voices of children are central to our operations. You will be responsible for embedding this philosophy as a fundamental principle within your teams. Your ability to cultivate effective relationships, exhibit strong assessment and analytical capabilities, and collaborate efficiently as part of a management team will be essential.
