Job Title: House Parent

EF Education First is seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Parent to join our team. As a House Parent, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and nurturing environment for our international student community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure student welfare, wellbeing, and development through building strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Assist the Residence Manager in maintaining a safe and secure boarding environment.
  • Implement the school's disciplinary policy and provide guidance and support to students.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and school staff.
  • Support the academic and wider aims of the school by promoting student engagement and participation.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS status and the right to live and work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a pastoral position within a boarding school.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A commitment to the all-round ethos of an international boarding-school environment.
