Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, scheduling meeting rooms, and planning company events.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, employees, and visitors, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Diary and Travel Management: Manage the office diary, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements for employees.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to incoming calls, emails, and managing the company inbox.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding telephone manner.
