Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers, clients, sales team, warehouse team, and transport team via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Process payments and schedule collections from the main warehouse and showrooms, ensuring accurate calendar updates and despatch notes.
  • Liaise with various departments to coordinate deliveries and ensure timely installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including advising customers of product delays and ensuring accurate payment confirmation.
  • Work closely with the transport team, accounts department, and warehouse team to ensure seamless operations.
