As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing our client accounts portfolio by developing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure a thorough understanding of our products and services to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage all aspects of new business within the client accounts assigned to you, including expansion, pricing discussions, and all sales needs.
  • Deliver the highest level of client care, including taking ownership of day-to-day sales and service queries, liaising with the appropriate areas of the business to resolve and communicate back to third parties.
  • Handle inbound telephone sales calls and emails from clients, converting these opportunities into new sales revenue to ensure that you reach your agreed channel and individual sales targets.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to clients to generate sales opportunities to further increase the potential of conversion and sales.
  • Manage all tasks alongside phone calls through effective time management, planning, and prioritizing workloads to maintain an effective and functional service level.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure that intermediary sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve a personal target and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A salesperson with a strong track record of success in B2B sales, with the ability to thrive in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely life-changing solution and service.
  • Understand that this is a marathon, not a sprint, and be willing to build and grow with the business.
  • Have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a lucrative bonus/commission.
  • Be positive, mentally agile, and a fluid communicator.
