We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker in Schools. As a key member of our Academics team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, and disabilities.

Your primary focus will be on providing pastoral care and support to students, helping them manage their emotions, regulate their behaviour, and engage with the school day. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies that promote positive interactions and self-reliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be emotionally resilient, able to handle challenging situations, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people. If you have experience working with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other disabilities, and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs, autism, ADHD, or other disabilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive interactions and self-reliance
