About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to lead our team of EMEA-based SDRs. This role is crucial in driving the success of our sales pipeline through effective leadership, strategic oversight, and mentorship. The ideal candidate possesses strong coaching abilities, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of sales development processes.

What You'll Do:
  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and inspire a team of SDRs to achieve and surpass their targets. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to foster the growth of your team members.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear performance goals and KPIs for the team. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with overall business objectives. Continuously optimize and refine SDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional leaders across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for SDR initiatives. Cultivate a collaborative and positive working relationship with stakeholders.
  • Regional Sales Alignment: Partner with EMEA sales leadership across multiple countries to support and drive the overall regional success of sales initiatives and goals.
  • Sales Development Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of sales development best practices and industry trends to drive innovation and improvements within the team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to track progress, identify trends, and forecast future performance.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster a strong team culture based on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Encourage a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
