Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Lead to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the creation, issuance, and management of Sales and Purchase Orders, as well as ensuring the accuracy of customer contracts and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the creation, issuance, and management of Sales and Purchase Orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Interpret customer contracts to ensure correct Sales Order setup, reviewing customer PO accuracy, demand forecasting, customer contract conditions, special VAT handling requirements, shipping terms, and other relevant details.
  • Check and approve invoicing prior to processing, providing support for financial audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete weekly and monthly revenue reconciliations, as well as participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and resolve invoice queries and anomalies to support Accounts Receivable cash collections, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Manage SAP Master Data, including materials and pricing, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Good understanding of financial operations and accounting principles, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of SAP and experience with financial operations software.
