Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data management, document organization, and maintaining sales records.
  • Facilitate customer interactions by responding to inquiries, delivering product information, and processing orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and analytical reports.
  • Support inventory oversight, including monitoring stock levels and liaising with the warehouse team.

  • Help manage customer accounts and ensure accurate customer data is maintained in the CRM system.
  • Support the sales team with market research and competitor insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
