Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team, responsible for processing sales orders, providing exceptional customer support, and managing returns and credits.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders from stockists and feeders with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to sales support enquiries via phone and email, delivering a superior customer experience
- Manage returns and credits in line with our returns policy
- Resolve invoice queries and disputes in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue
- Develop effective relationships with external sales teams and merchants/installers
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Sage
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to grasp technical details
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
