Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for sales support enquiries via telephone and email.
- Manage returns and credits in line with our returns policy, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Resolve invoice queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue growth.
- Develop effective relationships with our external sales team and merchants/installers within designated sales areas.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong literacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Sage, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to grasp technical details.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
