About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team at Grant UK. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring seamless order processing and customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to sales support enquiries via phone and email, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Manage returns and credits in line with our returns policy, maintaining accurate records and communicating with customers as needed.
  • Resolve invoice queries and disputes, working closely with the sales team and customers to find solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external sales teams, merchants, and installers within designated sales areas.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
