Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our Internal Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders, providing an outstanding customer experience in all interactions, and managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience in all interactions
  • Manage the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
  • Resolve invoice queries and disputes
  • Maximise opportunities to upsell
  • Effectively manage relationships with our external sales team
  • Build relationships with all merchants and installers within a designated sales area

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and maths
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
  • Computer literate – Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
  • Good problem solver
  • Ability to grasp a good level of technical detail
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering an excellent customer experience
