We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at IN2 Consult. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices and payments
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including preparing financial statements and reports
  • Support the accounts payable team with processing invoices and payments
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to prepare quarterly forecasts and budgets
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and issues

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting role

  • AAT qualified or currently studying AAT
