As our UX Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how players interact with our games. You will lead and inspire a team of UX designers, ensuring that every aspect of the player journey is intuitive, engaging, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall UX strategy for our games, setting the direction for user-centered design across all projects.
  • Mentor and guide a team of talented UX designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, artists, and developers to seamlessly integrate UX principles into the game development process.
  • Create compelling wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure a cohesive player experience.
  • Conduct thorough user research and gather valuable feedback to inform continuous improvements and enhance the overall UX.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align on project goals, requirements, and ensure that the UX vision is consistently realized.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX design, incorporating emerging technologies and methodologies into our workflows.
  • Champion the player's perspective, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the design process.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a UX Director or similar leadership role within the gaming industry.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Experience conducting user research and applying insights to improve the overall UX.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
  • The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic industry environment.
