Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop innovative game concepts, features, and systems.
  • Create comprehensive design documents and prototype specifications that clearly articulate your vision.
  • Utilize in-engine tools to bring your designs to life through interactive gameplay examples and prototypes.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain open communication channels with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in game design roles, ideally within the AAA console or PC gaming industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling gameplay experiences.
  • In-depth knowledge of current game development trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine or similar game engines.
  • A passion for mentoring and guiding other designers.
  • Familiarity with current-generation console development platforms.
