The Role: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gaming. You will lead the design and implementation of user-centered solutions, ensuring that our games provide exceptional player engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of user-centered solutions to enhance player engagement and satisfaction within our game projects.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and producers, to align design decisions with project objectives and player expectations.
  • Develop intuitive user interface (UI) designs and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and ensure a seamless player experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative UX practices into our development processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on published game projects, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing your UX expertise.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools and methodologies, such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
  • A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
  • Knowledge of target platforms, user input devices, and localization considerations.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working on both full-price and free-to-play game projects.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and animation for UI elements.
