About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our Digital Services Group at MASS. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting early-stage conversations with prospective and current customers, providing technical expertise and solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate customer requirements into proposed solutions, leading with customer demos and supporting with technical aspects of bids and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in our Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of solutions.
  • Work within ISO:9001 / 27001 / 20000 quality frameworks, demonstrating expertise in common IT solutions such as Dev Ops, Software solutions, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber knowledge.
  • Design and build classified systems, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT Technical Pre-Sales, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as Dev Ops, Software solutions, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
