Job Summary:

MASS Consultants Careers is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in St Neots. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients, helping them to make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including conducting site surveys, assessing client requirements, and developing technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and technical experts, to develop and deliver technical proposals and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including building trust and credibility through technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Contribute to the development of technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.

  • A competitive salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum.
