CBSbutler is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to join their team for a 6-month contract on a hybrid basis. As a key member of the internal communication team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an internal communication plan to engage a team of 1700 professionals working across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to promote a culture of curiosity, care, courage, and community.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create engaging content and communications that drive business outcomes.
- Manage the production and distribution of monthly business briefs, including agenda items, presenter preparation, and presentation materials.
- Drive traffic to the company's internal communication platforms and SharePoint site.
- Support the organization in planning and executing an in-person awards event for approximately 150 people.
About You:
- You will have previous experience in developing and executing internal communications plans within a global business.
- You will have the ability to quickly review internal communications and suggest the correct vehicle to deploy based on importance, relevance, and applicability.
- You will have a proven ability to increase engagement with a selected communication channel.
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.
- You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including scheduling and managing large sessions.
- Experience in organizing an in-person live awards event would be an asset.
