About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Patient Central Team as a Call Handler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients over the phone, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Work closely with our electronic triage system to make patient care requests, ensuring that patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.
  • Handle calls in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to our high standards of customer service.
  • Perform various administrative duties generated by patient calls, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve targets and improve patient experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling patient information.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
