You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that both staff and products are aligned to deliver an unparalleled retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and capitalize on new retail prospects
  • Inspire, engage, and nurture a skilled team
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving both financial and behavioral goals

  • Design and maintain a welcoming, customer-centric environment
  • Work closely with Regional Managers to develop long-term succession plans

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of motivating and leading teams
  • History of achieving strong commercial outcomes, including customer satisfaction metrics

  • Self-driven and proactive approach
  • Experience in building effective relationships with stakeholders

  • Strong coaching and development capabilities
  • Ability to implement and execute long-term strategies

  • Flexibility to work within a local area
  • Background in managing retail operations
