About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retail company as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Retail Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the retail industry, including sales trends, customer behavior, and market conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
