Role Overview

As a Luxury Fragrance Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with key accounts within the retail sector. Your expertise in the fragrance industry and passion for luxury brands will be instrumental in achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales performance across assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with store managers and area managers to ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on fragrance selections.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Represent Coty brands with professionalism and passion, upholding the highest standards of customer service and brand ambassadorship.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven track record in sales within the beauty or luxury retail sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the fragrance industry, including key brands, trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales reporting, customer relationship management, and visual merchandising guidelines.
