Job Summary:

We are looking for two experienced professionals to join our client's team as Senior National Account Managers. One role will focus on account management, while the other will concentrate on business development with retail and B2B customers. The successful candidates will be responsible for growing, building, and driving revenue growth by developing current accounts and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy to achieve targets and objectives
  • Build partnerships within various businesses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD to understand growth opportunities
  • Negotiate with customers to maximize business profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Identify business growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a strong background in retail and sales
  • Senior sales experience with a track record of success and the ability to showcase results
  • Ability to think innovatively and drive new ideas
  • Strong degree of inquisitiveness to improve business processes
