About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments. You will work closely with a defined portfolio of clients to deliver tailored tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments.
- Work closely with a defined portfolio of clients to deliver tailored tax advisory services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and deliver high-quality advisory services.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CTA or ATT qualified or working towards this qualification, or be qualified by experience with a number of years of experience in a corporate client advisory tax role. You will also need a desire to join a reputable and established tax business with continued growth and success plans.
