About the Role
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager to join our team. As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments.
- Provide expert advice to clients on corporate tax matters, including tax planning and compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that clients are aware of any implications.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CTA or ATT qualified or working towards this qualification. You will also have a number of years of experience in a corporate client advisory tax role and a desire to join a reputable and established tax business with continued growth and success plans.
