About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments. You will work closely with a defined portfolio of clients to provide expert tax advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of corporate tax advisory work, including M&A transactions, restructuring, inheritance tax planning, estate planning, demergers, and property investments.
- Work closely with a defined portfolio of clients to provide expert tax advice and guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with other tax professionals to share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally be CTA or ATT qualified or working towards this qualification, or be qualified by experience with a number of years of experience in a corporate client advisory tax role. You will also have a strong desire to join a reputable and established tax business with continued growth and success plans.
