Package:
Salary: £60,000-£79,000 (dependent on experience) plus car allowance £4,800, bonus 15%

Purpose:
The purpose of these roles is to grow, build, and drive revenue growth by developing current accounts and bringing in new business. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the snack industry and eager to contribute to the company's growth.
The Senior National Account Manager (business development focused) will collaborate with the Chief of Growth to identify and realize growth opportunities by developing tailored solutions to meet new customers' expectations, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence. This role will focus on B2B and retail customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategy to achieve targets and objectives
- Build partnerships within various businesses
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPD to understand growth opportunities
- Negotiate with customers to maximize business profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identify business growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food manufacturing, with a strong background in retail sales and connections
- Senior sales experience with a track record of achieving results and showcasing success
- Inquisitive and innovative mindset, with a desire to drive new ideas and improve business processes
- Degree preferred but not essential
