We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at La Esperanza Child Development Center, LLC. in Chester. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales prospecting and lead generation through market research, telesales, and email campaigns
- Identifying potential sales contacts via LinkedIn and other networking platforms
- Attending sales conferences and trade events to generate leads
- Client communication and relationship building
- Reporting and analytics
- Pitching and presenting to clients
- Creating tailored and personalized commercial presentations
- Exceeding sales targets and call KPIs
- Administering activity logs and generating new business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's sales experience, preferably in digital solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High levels of self-motivation and a results-driven approach
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to report on a weekly basis and make recommendations for improvement
