Business Development Specialist

Robert Webb Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join their sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative seller who wants to enjoy speaking with a wide range of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive initiatives that will generate new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Scale the business by identifying new market opportunities, optimising existing revenue streams and building strong client partnerships.
  • Work closely with other internal teams to create data-focused strategies that enhance customer acquisition.
  • Follow up on incoming enquiries and generate own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, online networks, researching and prospecting.
  • Build an online presence to educate potential clients on your services and products.
  • Consultative sales approach with clients, really understanding their businesses and selling how you can help with your solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM system with regular touch points for clients.

  • Genuine team player, able to motivate others and guide more junior colleagues to enhance their skills.
