Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Executive at Solutions30, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses to tackle sustainability challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, win new business, and reactivate previous customers.
- Drive sales through professional outbound telesales calls, securing appointments and generating new business.
- Cultivate and maintain a deep knowledge of our solutions to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits.
- Develop and manage a growing sales team alongside the directors.
- Demonstrable experience in New Business revenue in a B2B environment.
- A consultative approach to sales with a track record of consistent achievement of sales KPIs.
- Results-driven and money-motivated with a good understanding of online tools such as LinkedIn, lead automation, data gathering, and CRMs.
- An interest in energy-saving, greener solutions, eco-friendly, Electric Vehicle Charging, Solar Energy, etc.
- Strong backing from the founder and CEO offering support in day-to-day business.
