Robert Webb Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join their sales team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you'll be working for a company who have real passion, determination, and a product/service which really benefits their clients. They have a fabulous reputation, and this is an exciting opportunity for a consultative seller who wants to enjoy speaking with a wide range of potential clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and driving initiatives that will generate new business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Scaling the business by identifying new market opportunities, optimising existing revenue streams and building strong client partnerships.
  • Working closely with other internal teams to create data-focused strategies that enhance customer acquisition.
  • Following up on incoming enquiries.
  • Generating own leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, online networks, researching and prospecting.
  • Building an online presence to educate potential clients on your services and products.
  • Consultative sales approach with clients really understanding their businesses and selling how you can help with your solutions.
  • Maintaining an accurate CRM system with regular touch points for clients.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and business development/account management skills.
  • An excellent eye for a new business opportunity - enjoys researching new clients.
  • Driven, tenacious yet consultative and approachable - non pushy mentality.
  • Sales driven, enjoys working to targets and contributing to higher revenue goals.
  • Able to manage the sales process from end to end.
  • Excellent analytical skillset and high attention to detail.
  • Genuine team player, able to motivate others and guide more junior colleagues to enhance their skills.
