About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Provide efficient and professional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting each other to achieve exceptional results.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to designated areas, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Delivery and Preparation: Assist with unloading and putting away deliveries, and participate in food preparation tasks such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all Health and Safety legislation and procedures, participating in training and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Show loyalty, positivity, and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Previous Experience: Possess previous kitchen experience, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
